N1 Property are accredited members of the SafeContractor Scheme - a scheme that assesses the health & safety competency of contractors and service providers.

Clients now have a legal obligation to ensure their external contractors operate in a safe way and we have developed stringent health and safety systems that do just that.

This includes risk assessment, and most importantly, training of all staff in health and safety procedures.

The fact that we are independently assessed provides our clients with peace of mind as they know their work will be carried out to the highest standards of safety.

Under the SAFEcontractor system, businesses undergo a vetting process, which examines health and safety procedures and their record for safe practice.

Those companies meeting the high standard are included on a database, which is accessible to registered users only via website, www.safecontractor.com

Employer-organisations who sign up to the scheme can access the database, which enables them to vet potential contractors before they even set foot on site. The employers agree that, as users of the scheme, they will engage only those who have received accreditation.
